Is this a SaaS I'm renting from you?+
No. This is a one-time build. We build it and deploy it to a Cloudflare account in your name, and you pay once for the build itself. There's no monthly licence to us, and nothing we can switch off.
What if the finished build isn't exactly what I asked for?+
We guarantee it will be. Every build is scoped from the workflow blueprint you sign off on before we write any code, and if the delivered CRM doesn't match it, we keep refining it until it does, at no extra cost to you.
Is this just a template with my logo on it?+
No. Every build is written for your specific offers, fields and stages. There's no shared codebase where "customization" means changing a color and a logo. If your workflow doesn't need a feature, it isn't in your build; if it needs one that doesn't exist yet, we write it.
What does "hosted on your own account" actually mean?+
We set up a Cloudflare account under your name (or use your existing one) and deploy the CRM there, using Cloudflare Workers for the app and D1 for your database. You hold the login. Running it typically costs nothing on the free tier for a business your size, and it isn't something we bill you for.
Can I export my data if I ever leave?+
Yes, any time, in full. It's your database from day one, and we never hold your leads or messages hostage.
