How does Adaptify work?
We build a custom AI phone agent for your business and forward your after-hours calls to it. It answers questions, books callbacks and escalates emergencies, and every call is logged in your dashboard.
How much does Adaptify cost?
$600 one-time for setup, which includes 120 free call minutes. Agent Maintenance is $400 per month and covers agent updates, fine-tuning, upgrades to newer AI and support. Extra minutes are $0.25 each. No long-term contract.
Do I need to set anything up myself?
No. It's fully done for you. Your part is a short onboarding call and a final approval. We build, test and launch the agent. With Agent Maintenance, we also keep it updated for you.
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
It sounds natural, and it's honest if asked. The agent uses a human-sounding voice in the tone you choose. If a caller asks, it says it's your business's virtual assistant. Most callers just want a quick answer or a callback, and they get one instead of voicemail. Try it live to hear it yourself.
What if I'm not happy with my agent?
You don't pay. Nothing goes live until you approve it. If you're not happy with your agent before launch, we refund your full $600 setup fee.
What happens with urgent calls?
They're escalated right away. You decide what counts as urgent and who gets contacted, and the agent follows those rules on every call.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes, or get a new one. It's up to you. Keep the number you have today and we set it up so after-hours calls go to your agent, or we give you a new number.
