This policy explains what information Adaptify (“we”, “us”) collects when you use adaptify.tech, try our demo agent or work with us, and how we use it. If you have questions, email info@adaptify.tech.
What we collect
- Demo call form: your first name, phone number and your browser's time zone, so our AI receptionist can call you and offer times in your time zone.
- Onboarding form: your name, email and business name.
- Contact form: your name, email and message.
- Demo calls: demo calls are recorded and transcribed. Anything you share during the call, such as your email address or details about your business, is saved with the call.
- Bookings: if you book a call, the details you provide (name, email and chosen time) are handled by our scheduling tool.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, used to protect the site from spam and abuse and to understand overall site traffic. Google Analytics and our X advertising pixel use cookies to measure site traffic and ad results, and Snitcher may use a cookie to recognize return visits.
How we use it
- To call you back for the demo you requested and to follow up about Adaptify.
- To reply to your messages and schedule calls.
- To set up and run your agent if you become a client.
- To keep the site secure and improve our service.
- To see which companies visit our site, so we can reach out to businesses that may be a good fit.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising by third parties.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers to run our service. They only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and bot protection.
- Retell AI: the voice platform that places and records demo calls.
- Formspree: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Calendly: scheduling and booking calls.
- X (Twitter): measures which of our ads lead to demo calls and sign-ups, using the X Pixel.
- Google Analytics: measures how people find and use our site, such as pages viewed and which pages lead to demo calls. See Google's privacy policy.
- Snitcher: identifies which companies visit our site, using your IP address and the pages you view. See Snitcher's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts: the fonts on this site.
Our clients' callers
When a business uses Adaptify, its agent handles calls from that business's customers. We process those calls on behalf of the business, following its instructions. Questions about that data should go to the business you called. We offer Data Processing Agreements and, for healthcare clients, Business Associate Agreements.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@adaptify.tech.
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time. During a call, you can also just say so.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California, Canada or the EU), you may have additional rights. We'll honor them.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
