This policy explains what information Adaptify LLC ("Adaptify", "we") collects through adaptify.tech and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you request a free homepage preview, we collect the company name and email address you enter in the form. If you email us, we also receive your email address and whatever you write. Our servers and hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your preview.
- To follow up about the service you asked about.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to run any work you request, then delete them on request or when they're no longer needed.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@adaptify.tech.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children.
