How much does Adaptify cost?

$600 one-time for setup, which includes 120 free call minutes. Agent Maintenance is $400 per month and covers agent updates, fine-tuning, upgrades to newer AI and support. Extra minutes are $0.25 each. No long-term contract.

What do the 120 free minutes cover?

They cover the time your agent spends on calls after you go live. Once they’re used, minutes are $0.25 each and you can top up anytime from your dashboard.

Is there a contract?

No. There’s no long-term contract and you can cancel Agent Maintenance anytime.

What does Agent Maintenance include?

Support whenever you need it, updates to your agent, new rules for what it should and shouldn’t say, upgrades to newer AI and regular tweaks so it books more callers.

What if I’m not happy with my agent?

You don’t pay. Nothing goes live until you approve it. If you’re not happy with your agent before launch, we refund your full $600 setup fee.
